Dr. Rajendra Kumar BC holds a PhD in Tropical Medicine. He is also the recipient of several prestigious scholarships and fellowships from Nepal and abroad. He has a long history of working (15 years) in a variety of health research fields, ranging from tropical to traditional medicines. He has worked at Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) as Chief Research Officer for more than a decade, and also served the Council as Research Advisor for two and half years. He is a life member of Nepal Public Health Association, founder member of Nepal Public Health Foundation, the most recent president of Sahara Paramarsa Kendra, and the General Secretary of Himalayan Association for STI-AIDS. He is currently serving the Ojus Ayurveda Hospital & Research Centre as Chairman.

Dr Kumar is the visiting professor in various colleges in Nepal and lectures to Bachelor to Master's level students, particularly in health research methodology, epidemiology and biochemistry. He has supervised various students at Master's level in Nepal and also PhD students from abroad (from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK and the University of Liverpool, England, UK).
He has extensive experience s in conducting and leading a variety of health research projects in Nepal, health related research training (basic to advanced level) in public health institutions, such as the National Ayurveda Research and Training Centre. He has presented many research papers  in workshops, meetings and conferences, at the national and international level. He is involved in the establishment of national level research guidelines (especially ethical) for conducting health research in Nepal.

He worked as a consultant for various health related projects funded by Nepal Health Sector Support Programme (NHSSP)/Option/DFID, SOLID Nepal/NHSSP/MoHP, National Planning Commission (NPC)/UNDP, KIDASHA (UK), NHRC/Save the Children (SC), Development Resource Center (DRC)/SC, DRC/JICA/NPC, MountDigit Technology (MDT)/NPC, NHRC/UNFPA, Child Workers Scheme (CWS)/Development Consultancy Center (DECC), WHO/PPICD/MoHP, Nepal Public Health Association (NePHA)/National Health Training Centre (NHTC)/WHO, GFA Consulting Group GmbH (Germany), GIZ/Health Sector Support Programme (HSSP), The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM)/National TB Centre (NTC), The GFATM/Health Research and Social Development Forum (HERD)/NTC, Netherlands' Leprosy Relief (NRL),  Social Welfare Council (SWC), Swiss Development Co-operation (SDC)/Pro-Public, Department of Health Services (DoHS)/Family Health Division (FHD)/South Asian Institute for Policy Analysis and Leadership (SAIPAL), etc. He has also worked for short term temporary advisor for WHO/Head Quarter (HQ) and WHO/South East Asian Regional Office (SEARO).





Mrs. Amrita Panthi is Founder Chairman of this Institution. She has holds a Certificate in Ayurveda from Nepal Sanskrit University and a Master´s in Health Education (M.Ed ) from Tribhuwan University. She has been serving in this institute since the Ojus Ayurvea Hospital and Research Centre was established. She is known for her management and tactical skills. Furthermore she has sound knowledge of Ayurveda & Panchakarma treatments.




Mr. Kamal Krishna Adhikari is CEO & Founder member of this institution and has served in that position since its inception He has wide experience of management and marketing. He has sound knowledge of Panchakarma Treatments and good managerial skills. He is widely recognized for his role in shaping the institution and for his creative, dynamic and strategic leadership.
